Investment 3 000 EUR + VAT

 

  • Space for partner EXPO stand (6m2) or lounge at the event with possibility of: presentation of the company and products, chat with Partner’s experts, etc. Organizer pledges to provide space for product/service demonstration and interaction with conference participants.

PARTNER


Investment 8 500 EUR + VAT

 

  • The ORGANISER provides a place for the PARTNERS EXPO stand (10m2).
  • The host of the event will thank the event PARTNER for the opportunity to have key speakers and present the area supervised by the partner in the main broadcast hall.
  • The topic in the programme is a partner presentation or moderation of the discussion, with the prior agreement and approval of the organiser.
  • The ORGANISER will advertise the PARTNER of the event on the virtual conference screens during breaks by showing event vignettes with the PARTNER logo or a video clip provided by the partner (up to 10 sec.).
  • PARTNER logo on the official conference website next to the event programme (the project receives more than 20,000 unique target visitors), and PARTNER logo display on the conference YOUTUBE and FACEBOOK accounts.
  • PARTNER post in the FB account of the event (text and image, preferably in synergy with the conference topic, provided by the partner).

MAIN PARTNER


Investment 25 000 EUR + VAT

 

  • The ORGANISER provides a place for the PARTNERS EXPO stand (12m2).
  • The MAIN PARTNER will be given the only exclusive position to be used as the “MAIN PARTNER” in the communication.
  • The host of the event will thank the MAIN PARTNER of the event for the help and the opportunity to organise the forum in the main broadcast hall.
  • The topic in the programme is a partner report or moderation of the discussion, with the prior agreement and approval of the organiser.
  • The ORGANISER will advertise the MAIN PARTNER of the event on the virtual conference screens during breaks by showing event vignettes with the MAIN PARTNER logo or a video clip provided by the partner (up to 10 sec.). In the broadcast queue, the MAIN PARTNER takes precedence over other partners.
  • MAIN PARTNER logo on the official conference website next to the event programme (the project receives more than 20,000 unique target visitors), and PARTNER logo display on the conference YOUTUBE and FACEBOOK accounts.
  • PARTNER post in the FB account of the event (text and image, preferably in synergy with the conference topic, provided by the partner).

Investment +15 000 EUR + VAT

 

The aforementioned positions plus

  • Targeted Digital Campaign:

    • PARTNER logo in banners, a targeted Google Adwords campaign dedicated to partners – planned campaign will include 5,000,000 Impressions

    • PARTNER logo in active Linkedin campaign focused on HR managers.

    • PARTNER logo ir Facebook Ads and Content campaigns targeted on HR. Planned Reach of TA: 100 000

    • PARTNER logo in the TV campaign. 2 sec. separate framing in the VIDEO clip of the 50 VIDEO clips on TOP Latvian TV channels: 70% of the clips will be streamed to P.T. (18:00-24:30).

  • Outdoor advertising: PARTNER logo in outdoor advertising campaign. A 2-week campaign with 50 places in Riga is planned. Outdoor advertising network the best places in the city centre selected by JCDecaux.
