There hardly is an organisation that has not been recently challenged. Pandemia has pushed us outside our offices to almost unknown virtual world with our mindset, leadership practices and ways of working together still remaining as if we were to stay in our offices. It has served as a stress test for organizational ability to live with uncertainty and engage emergence. This congress is an invitation to explore and discuss how (should) HR practices change in reponse to uncertainty by being ready to engage emergence, promote humanity and sustainable growth within organisations?
